The study for the correlation betw een TC M syndrom es distribution of chronic obstructive pu lm onary disease at the acute exacerbation stage and special protein Speciality: Internal M edicine of Traditional Chinese M edicine Author:Yan Liangliang Tutor:Professor Chen X ianhai A bstract Objective: By means of analysing the correlation between TCM syndrom e type of AECOPD and special protein (c-reactive protein CRP and former album in PA),to seek the binding site of AECOPD TCM syndrome differentiation with modern m edicine index,this research attempts to provide an objective basis for the typification for TCM syndrom e differentiation so as to m ake it objective and m icroscopic, expecting to exert the advantages of TCM in preventing and curing diseases.M ethods: The study collects 85 AECOPD patients according w ith the selecting standard, then record information such as the sex, age,body mass index(BM I),the course of disease,smoking status, symptom s,signs and so on.U sing the conventional methods to detect CRP, PA, then taking data analysis and statistics to the correlations between TCM syndrome type and their general informations,symptom varibles,CRP and PA.Results: There are differences of symptom varibles in AECOPD patients w ith different type of TCM syndrome(P＜0.05),and the sam e as CRP and PA.Conclusions: The 15 symptom varibles summarized in this paper can be applied to TCM syndrom es distribution of AECOPD.There are correlations between TCM syndrom e type of AECOPD and CRP, PA ,so w e can prelim inarily make CRP and PA as a uniform basis in TCM syndrome differentiation of AECOPD.
