成都中医药大学硕士论文 中文摘要 目的:通过临床观察初步探讨“温养筋脉”推拿手治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗 效及其作用机理。方法:采用随机分组原则，将临床70 例神经根型颈椎病患者平 均分为手法治疗组和针刺治疗组，观察治疗前后的症状、体征的变化。结果:“温 养筋脉”推拿手法治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效显著，在症状、体征改善程度优于针 刺治疗。结论:临床观察指标提示“温养筋脉”手法对改善神经根型颈椎病的具 有显著的作用，其作用机制可能在于松解软组织粘连，改善颈椎内外力学平衡状 态，改变或调整神经根与周围组织之间的关系，恢复颈椎正常解剖结构，从而有 效的改善症状。 关键词：神经根型颈椎病 治疗 “温养筋脉”手法 临床观察 成都中医药大学硕士论文 Abstract Objective ：To study the curative effect and the functional mechanism of treating cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy by“nourishing tendons and warming veins” manipulation.Method: Seventy cases were allocated randomly and equally to two groups: group of manipulation and group of Acupuncture treatment.Then we observe the changes of these 70 cases’ symptoms 、physical signs after the treatment.Results ： This clinical research shows that “nourishing tendons and warming veins” manipulation has a remarkable curative effect on treating cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy.The improvement for symptomatic relief and certebrae activity by using this manipulation is better than the one by using Acupuncture.Conclusions: clinical observation shows “nourishing tendons and warming veins”manipulation has remarkable curative effect to cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy.It’s mechanism action is possibly on loosing soft tissue adhesion,balancing the force inside and outside cervical vertebrate,regulating nerve root and surrounding tissue relationship and recovering normal anatomic structure of cervical vertebrate.
