Methods: 60 patients with chronic renal failure patients were randomly divided into two groups, including Heweijiangzhuo Decoction therapy group 30 cases and Niaoduqing particles control group 30 cases. Both the two groups were treated with western medicine,a month for a course of treatment, taking two consecutive treatment. Observe its curative effect and the influence on indexes such as patients renal function, carbon dioxide cohesion, albumen ration of plasma protein, blood routine, urinary protein quantitation, etc. and the adverse reaction. Result: Heweijiangzhuo Decoction can effectively improve Chinese medicine card of the patient(P ＜0.05), improve renal function (P ＜0.05), improve the carbon dioxide cohesion level (P ＜0.05), reduce the albumen ration of the 24-hour urine (P ＜0.05), raise the plasma albumin (P ＜0.05);The total efficiency is 90% which is superior to the control group which is 73.3%(P ＜0.05).
