历史商业街论文：历史商业街区改造及景观设计研究 【中文摘要】历史商业街区是城市历史的象征,是城市发展的见证人。但是随着现代城市快速的发展,历史商业街区鲜明的地理文化优势虽然还在,但却缺乏和高速发展的城市的有机交融,与现代生活的矛盾日益突出,在物质功能和社会功能上也越来越不能适应当代人的需求。所以历史商业街的改造及其景观设计成了现代城市建设中最大的难题之一。在历史商业街改造过程中,我们不仅要保护,还要创造其新的价值,在原有的城市记忆和肌理中加入新的活力,以适应现代社会的需求,并且紧跟时代步伐,让其重现往日的辉煌。本文以正在改造中的西安东大街为例,分析其现状和改造中存在的问题并提出相应的解决对策;努力去寻找街区所蕴涵的文化实质,提出历史保护和文化传承的设计方法和途径,认为传统与现代相结合在规划与建设中具有重要性;将西安古老文化与新时代精神在此融合,实现历史商业街保护与开发的双赢;继而结合此项目,提出应打造西安的商业品牌、塑造城市高品位生活的设想。之所以选择改造中的项目而不是一个已经改造成功的案例,是因为,在对待历史商业街改造问题上,不仅要重视改造后商业街的发展状况,还要重视在改造过程中应对问题的态度和策略。希望能为早日实现东大街的成功改造提供一些微薄的力量。 【英文摘要】Historical commercial district is a symbol of urban history and the witness of urban development. But with the rapid development of modern cities, historic commercial district, while having a distinct geographical and cultural advantage, is lack of organic blend with cities. It becomes an increasingly prominent problem in the material and social functions in modern life. It is also less able to adapt the needs of contemporary people. So its renovation and re-design becomes one of the biggest problems in the modern urban construction. In the process of transformation of the historical commercial street, we could not simply protect it, but to create new value. The original city should be added new vigor with memory and texture to meet the needs of modern society, and keep up the pace to let the city reproducing the past glory.In this paper, it takes the transforming of the Xi抋n East Street as an example. The thesis is analyzed the current situation and problems in reform and corresponded solution strategies. It tried to find the cultural essence and proposed design methods of historic preservation and cultural heritage and focus on the combination of importance of tradition and contemporary.
