For the problems, this paper presents a new intelligent LED dimming control system by combining ZigBee wireless sensor network and Bluetooth techniques. The design uses the CC2530 made by TI Company as the hardware platform and develops an ad hoc network based on the ZigBee protocol. The ZigBee coordinator links Bluetooth module, which realizes the control functions of LED switches, brightness and colors, based on the Android system of the intelligent mobile phones. The NCL30160 is used as the drive chip to realize the digital dimming control. With the strengths of low-power consumption and easy operation, the new system has good market prospects.
