M eth ods: in accordance w ith the standards of the diabetic foot ( early ) in 90 patients, u sing a random ized controlled single b lind m ethod is integrated into the treatm ent group 60 cases and control group 30 cases, com prehen sive treatm ent of the treatm ent group w as given based on th e traditional C h inese m edicine and external w ashing ; th e control group received general treatm ent, after 8 w eek s of treatm ent, ob servation of sym ptom s b efore and after treatm ent, b lood glu cose, b lood lip id, b lood rheology, endoth elial four index, low er extrem ity arteriovenou s color index, ank le-brach ial index, and u sing SP SS 17.0 statistical softw are for data processing. R esu lts: th e com b ined treatm ent group total effectiveness resp ectively is 86.7% , 83.3% ，and effective rate of control group com pared to 63.3% , there w ere significant differences (P 0.05), th e prom pt traditional C hinese m edicine com preh en sive th erapy can significantly im prove the elderly typ e 2 diab etic patients w ith early diab etic low er extrem ity arterial disease clin ical sym ptom s, w h ile the treatm ent group of lip ids，b lood rh eology，endoth elin four in dex , low er extrem ity arteriovenou s color in dex , ank le-brach ial index, w ere sign ificantly im proved, com pared w ith th e control group w ith sign ificant differen ce
