我国国有商业银行实施国际化经营的问题与对策 王慧娟 2005 年4 月 摘 要 银行国际化趋势是世界经济发展到一定阶段的必然产物 是国 际资本流动的必然结果 是现代商业银行追求利润最大化的目标选 择 也是东道国开放市场 引入外资促进本国金融与经济发展的必 然要求 我国必须重视在银行业国际化进程中存在的问题并寻求合 理的策略 从而保证我国银行业的健康发展 本文从商业银行角度 通过分析我国商业银行实施国际化经营战略的必要性与紧迫性,剖析 了当前我国商业银行实施国际化经营的现状 总结出目前我国商业 银行国际化经营存在的问题并就其原因进行分析 最后为解决这些 问题 在扩张方向 扩张方式 组织形式 业务选择 人才战略等 方面给出了一些思路 中图分类号 F8 关键词 国有商业银行 银行经营国际化 II Abstract Trend to banking internationalization is an inevitable result of world’s economic development, of international capital circulation, and an option for the modern commercial banks for concentration on maximal profit. Meanwhile it is an inevitable demand of which the host open their markets lead into foreign capital is promote the home finance and economic development. Our country need attach importance to the problem existed at banking internationalize progress and look for the reasonable strategy, in order to help to development in our country banking. This thesis based on domestic state-owned commercial bank, through analyzing the strategy of our country banking internationalization and the status about our country commercial internationalization management in recent years , and tally up the current problem of domestic state-owned commercial bank international management and analyses for its reason, finally resolves these problems, and gives some way of thinking at extend the direction, expansion way, organized form, business choice, talented person strategy etc..
