II 万方数据 摘 要 高中教师培养一直是我国教师培养中的一个“软肋”。以师范教育政策为视角 探索高中教师培养问题，具有一定的研究价值。基于研究要求，对师范教育的内 涵、师范教育政策演变、政策下教师队伍建设和职前教育的研究现状进行梳理是 必要的。 本研究尝试从实践层次出发，以“多元师范教育体系的形成”为基础，对“师 范教育”的概念进行界定。从静态角度上把“政策”定义为“用于遵循的文本规 范”。在相关权威性法律的指导下对高中教师、高中教师培养进行界定。同时，为 了体现研究的时代性，将师范教育政策的起始点定于2000 年之后。 文章首先对师范教育政策的内容进行分析、总结，内容主要倾向于教师培养 体系的开放和教师培养质量的保障两个方向。在此基础上，对高中教师培养现状 进行简单阐述，主要涉及高中教师培养制度、培养目标和课程设置三方面；其次， 在了解高中教师培养现状的基础上，借助文献资料法和分析法对高中教师培养问 题进行深入探索；最后，针对现存问题提出相应的解决方案。 本文试图以师范教育政策为视角，去探究高中教师培养问题，为完善教师培 养体系提供理论参考。通过本研究也可发现，对我国高中教师培养的研究以及建 立完善的教师培养体系仍然任重而道远。 关键词：师范教育政策；高中教师；培养制度；培养目标；课程设置 III 万方数据 Abstract High school teacher training has been a “soft rib” in the teacher training in our country. It is necessary to sort out the research status for the normal education connotation, the process of the policy evolution, the constriction of the teacher’s team and the research of the pre-vocational education.
