A person that is not healthy, is NOT happy. 1.Junk food 2.Tips Junk food 1.fried food(油炸食品) 2.pickled food(腌制食品) 3.processing of meat products(加工肉食品) 4.Biscuit(小甜品) 5.Soft drinks(汽水) 6.Instand noodles(方便面) 7.Expand food(膨化食品) 8.Canned foods(罐头) 9.Frozen dessert product(冷制甜品) 10.Barbecue food(烤制食品) unhealthy diet Tips First, we need to have enough food,never too much or too little.The food must be clean and we should cook it properly Second, it‘s very important for us to have a balanced diet,Different kinds of foods are necessary Third, we should eat regularly.its said that half of the students dont have a regular breakfast or dont eat anything at all in the morning.it is bad for their health.In fact,a good breakfast keeps us strong. Microorganismwas(微生物) the important factor in food safety ,during processing of meat and meat product. Even biscuit can blunt the edge of your appetite.(甜食会使你的食欲减退。) Soft drinks is not only easy to cause obesity ,and could damage the teeth. Instant noodles do not taste as good as real noodles. It has a lot of unhealthy ingredients.
