万吨天城市污水处理工艺设计分析报告.doc

摘要 本设计在既定的水质条件下，根据国家相关排放标准，设计了一套完整的适用于北京地区的污水、污泥处理工艺，并实现了中水的回用。 二级生物处理以《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》（GB 18918-2002）作为进化水排放标准，要求满足一级A标准。考虑到出水已基本达到回用标准，因此全部污水深度处理，回用后水满足《城市污水再生利用 城市杂用水水质》。 本设计在综合对比了各种生物处理工艺后，最终选择了应用十分广泛的AA/O工艺作为污水处理的主要单元，在查阅相关手册的基础上完成了相关的设计。最后根据活性污泥2d号模型的思想，在matlab软件建立程序块来模拟各构筑物内污染物实际降解情况，并通过对相关设计参数修改，实现污水处理效果与费用的优化设计。 由于生活污水的水质水量会有一定的变化，保证出水能够一直满足要求，本设计也完成了化学除磷和外碳源投加的设计计算。 一般的城市污水都会有臭气的产生，本设计将恶臭较为严重的细格栅、污泥浓缩池、贮泥池和污泥脱水机房的臭气收集起来，通入曝气池，利用生物的代谢降低其恶臭程度。 关键字：城市生活污水 AA/O ASM2D 污水处理 Abstract According to related national standard , a complete set of water and sludge treatment design appliable in Beijing are made based on the given water quality, and achieve the reuse of treatment water. Water after secondary biological treatment need meet the requirements of the first level of A standard of Urban Wastewater Treatment Plant Pollutant Emission Standards.Since basically reached the standard of water reuse,all of emission water is designed to be reuse. Reuse water meet the standard of Urban Wastewater Recycle-Urban Miscellaneous water. Has comprehensive compared various biological treatment crafts,the design ultimately chooses AA/O as mainly treatment unit,which is widely applied in urban wastewater cleaning.based on relevance design manual ,the preliminary design is finished,whose data are the original parameter of activated sludge 2d model. Next,according to the ideal of activated sludge 2dmodel,the design simulates the actual degradation of pollutants of every tank with the matlab as simulation platform. Finally,modify the interrelated parameters and searcher for the optimization between treatment effect and expense. Because the quality and liquate of urban wastewater are during a mutative range,craft of chemical phosphorus removal and external carbon adding are appended to this design to guarantee the water quality.
