Great-leap-forward development?is not only a kind of pressure but?also?a subjective aspiration.?There are many ways for those regions which are underdeveloped to develop.?The conclusion is:?the?institution?establishment is the basis of Great-leap-forward development; infrastructure construction is the support for Great-leap-forward development. Technology innovation and the accumulation are the two wings of Great-leap-forward development.?Enterprises combination and reorganization and the upgrading of industrial structure are the main ways of Great-leap-forward development. Government regulation is the solid backing for Great-leap-forward development.
