Renmin Hospital of Huangpi District, Wuhan 430300, China） ABSRACT：Objective evaluate the therapeutic effect on perianal ulcer and hemostatic effect of Zhiahi capsules. Methods By means of severing tail and slice method, the bleeding time and coagulation time in mice were tested respectively. In addition, the models of crissal ulcer in rats were established to observe the drug’s effects on experimental hemorrhoids. Results Compared with model group, there were significant decreases of BUN and Scr in both high-dosage group and positive control group with the increases of RBC. Hb was increased only in high-dosage group. As well, K+ concentration were decreased in all treated CRF rats. The renal pathological injuries were palliated in CRF rats treated with both Baoshenkang and Niaoduqing Granules. Conclusions Similar to Niaoduqing granules, Baoshenkang Granules is effective to prevent occurrence of CRF. Furthermore, Baoshenkang granules displayed a better protective function to decrease Scr and increase Hb. KEY WORDS: Zhizhi capsules; hemostasis; perianall ulcer; therapeutic effect 痔
