浅析森汇源木业有限公司员工激励问题技术方案.docVIP

（  摘 要 随着经济的不断发展，市场竞争不断加快，企业要想在激烈的市场环境下赢得自己的一席之地，提高企业的竞争力，就必须要对企业员工进行合理的激励，让员工把个人目标和企业目标结合在一起，让员工树立只有实现企业的目标才能实现自己的目标，把自己的成长和企业的成长联系起来，只有这样才能提高企业的竞争优势。 本文立足于激励理论，对森汇源木业有限公司的员工激励问题进行了探讨和研究，主要对公司的员工结构和员工激励两个方面进行了研究，发现该公司的薪酬福利比较单一，没有完善绩效考核体系，没有及时给员工开展培训，员工缺乏职业生涯规划等。本次研究立足于森汇源木业有限公司的实际情况，力求进一步完善该公司的员工激励机制，从而不断提高该企业员工的工作积极性，让该公司实现更大的经济效益。 关键词 森汇源木业有限公司；员工；激励  Abstract With the continuous development of the economy, the market competition, enterprises should want to win their own place in the fierce market environment, improve the competitiveness of enterprises, it is necessary to carry out a reasonable incentive for employees, so that employees and business goals, so that employees can achieve their goals, to achieve their own growth and business growth, only in order to improve the competitive advantage of enterprises.
