“钻石”模型对山东省快递行业发展的分析 摘 要 快递业逐渐成为中国重点扶持的产业之一，实施有效的产业政策，加快快递行业发展，已在国内达成共识。作为新兴产业，快递业具有投资额大、利润高、吸纳就业人员多等特点，极具发展前景。山东省位于中国的东部地区，具有发展快递业的区位优势；经济的发展程度较高，人口众多，具有很大的消费市场；社会教育状况良好，各项制度比较完善，能够在一定程度上形成快递业的竞争优势。对社会资源进行有效的配置，合理引导快递企业的成长并善加利用，山东省快递业就必然能够实现长足发展。本文运用波特教授的“钻石”模型，分析影响山东省快递业发展的各种因素，包括要素、需求、相关与支援产业和企业四个决定方面，机会和政府两个辅助方面，并针对存在的问题与不足，提出解决和改善的对策，以期引导消费者和企业树立正确的发展观念，促进快递行业在全国乃至全世界产生强大的竞争能力。 关键词：“钻石”模型；竞争优势；快递行业 ABSTRACT Express delivery industry has become one of the Chinas major support industries,. the implementation of effective industrial policies to accelerate the development of the express industry has reached a consensus in the country. As an emerging industry, courier industry is featured for a large amount of investment, high profits with new jobs and has great prospects for development. Shandong Province is located in the east area of China, and it has regional advantages for the development of express industry; Economic development degree is higher, and it has a large population as well as a great consumption market; Social education is in good condition, the system is comparatively perfect and to a certain extent, it can form competitive advantage of express industry. Realizing the effective allocation of social resources, a reasonable guide to the growth of express delivery companies, and making the best use of it, the express delivery industry in Shandong Province is bound to achieve rapid development. This paper uses Porters Diamond model to analyze the factors which have a great influence on the express delivery industry in Shandong Province, including factors, demand, related and supporting industries and enterprises of four decisive aspects, with opportunities and the government of two auxiliary aspects. For the problems and shortcomings, this paper will propose solutions and improvement strategies to guide consumers and businesses to establish a correct concept of development, and to promote a strong competitive power for the courier industry in the c
