Many systems including the nature and social systems can be modeled as networks in different scales and topological structure. So, the properties and models of the networks must be taken into consideration when we study these systems. The social and economic systems are also found in certain of particular topological structures. The recent advances on the graph theory and the complex networks make it possible to re-investigate the social and economic systems. The small-world networks and scale-free networks are also found in social and economic systems. The traditional study ways pay little concerns to these properties, so this study is trying to propose a new direction to study the social and economic systems systematically, in short, modeling these systems on the complex networks, especially the small-world networks and scale-free networks, trying to study the ways to model and the properties.
