Practice and Communication Chin J Evid-based Med 2014, 14(1): 120-124 临床前医学生课外临床科研能力的启蒙与拓展 ——科研志愿者模式的探索 陈心足  陈小龙  陆政昊  张维汉  杨  昆  伍  斌  刘  杰  刘  凯  王  伟  胡建昆* 四川大学华西医院胃肠外科中心(成都 610041 ) 摘要  当代医学正经历由传统的“经验医学”向更为科学的“循证医学”转变和发展的过程,即临床科学研究 是当代医学实践不断进步的原动力。因此,当代医学教育需重视和加强对医学生临床科研能力的培养和训练。随 着对医学生科研能力要求的逐渐提高和“四早”教育(早期了解行业、早期进入临床、早期接触科研、早期开展服 务)的不断深化,我们依托临床科室以学科专业为导向,构建为临床前医学生开放的科研志愿者项目平台,采用 “培训– 实践– 评估– 再培训”的螺旋递进教学模式,为临床前医学生提供循证医学和临床研究的知识和技能培训。 通过志愿者积极、全方位实践,本项目获得了一定的教学成果。科研志愿者模式是为学有余力的临床前医学生提 供的、可推广的、有利于提升科研素质的课外教学平台。 关键词  临床前医学生;临床科研;志愿者;医学教育;课外 Enlightenment and Development of Clinical Research Ability of Preclinical Medical Students: An Exploration to Research Volunteer Mode CHEN Xin-zu, CHEN Xiao-long, LU Zheng-hao, ZHANG Wei-han,YANG Kun, WU Bin, LIU Jie, LIU Kai, WANG Wei, HU Jian-kun* Department of Gastrointestinal Surgery, West China Hospital, Sichuan University, Chengdu 610041, China Abstract Modern medicine is being transferring from traditional “empirical medicine” to more scientific “evi- dence-based medicine”, which embodies the idea that clinical research is a primary motive that keeps medical practice continuously developing. Therefore, the contemporary aim of medical education should focus on attaching great impor- tance to and strengthen the training of medical students’ clinical scientific research ability. Based on clinical departments, we have built an open research project platform for volunteers for medical students before engaging in medical practice. Through a spirally-progressing teaching mode of “Training-Practice-Assessment-Retraining ” for medical students before engaging in medical practice, the platform provides training on the knowledge and skills of evidence-based medicine and clinical scientific research.
