石河子大学师范教育对基础教育课程改革的适应性的研究.pdf

摘 要 教育是国家和民族发展的基石，基础教育是国民教育的根本，教师是基础教育的保证，为基础 教育培养大批高素质专业化的教师是高等教育的重要任务。师范教育作为我国教育事业的工作母机， 是培养教师的摇篮，是教育事业充满生机和活力的源泉所在，在实施科教兴国战略和可持续发展战 略中肩负着不可替代的历史使命。而新一轮基础教育课程改革对我国当前的师范教育带来了强烈的 冲击和挑战。师范教育作为基础教育的基础，必须适应新一轮基础教育改革的要求，师范教育改革 的初衷和归宿即是未来师资的培养规格和质量问题。当前我国师范教育并不能很好地适应基础教育 新课程改革的要求，所培养的学生具备的素质与基础教育所需要的教师素质，特别是新课程改革所 需要的教师素质有一定差距。在新的形势下，如何提高师范教育对基础教育的适应性的问题日益凸 现。因此，研究师范教育对基础教育的适应性对于促进师范教育的改革与发展，提高培养师范生的 素质，加强师范教育与基础教育的联系，有重要的意义。 本研究以石河子大学师范教育为研究对象，在对师范教育相关理论综述的基础上，主要运用问 卷调查和访谈的研究方法，对石河子大学师范教育发展的历程、现状、取得的成效和存在的问题等 进行了详细论述和分析。通过对石河子大学师范教育的办学模式，课程设置，教学和学习方式，教 育实践等影响因素的分析，进而提出了促进师范教育发展，使师范教育更好适应基础教育课程改革 的策略建议。通过以上内容的研究，为石河子大学师范教育的改革和发展提供理论支持和现实决策 依据，亦为其他综合性大学改革师范教育提供有益的借鉴。 关键词：师范教育；基础教育课程改革；适应 I 石河子大学师范教育对基础教育课程改革的适应性研究 Abstract Education is the base of national development and elementary education is the essence of education.
