人性化护理对肺癌根治术患者心理状态及护理满意度的影响研究 耿聪 刘云霞 枣庄矿业集团滕南医院 277606 【摘要】目的 探讨人性化护理对肺癌根治术患者心理状态及护理满意度的临床效果作用。方法 将我院进行肺癌根治术治疗的60例患者随机分成对照组和观察组，对照组采取常规护理，观察组采取人性化护理，比较两组患者护理前后的心理状态、护理满意度及并发症发生情况等。结果 护理后，观察组焦虑（SAS）及抑郁（SDS）评分均明显低于对照组，且差异显示具有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组护理满意度为96.67%，明显高于对照组的80.00%，且差异显示具有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组并发症发生率为5.00%，明显低于对照组的30.00%，且差异显示具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 人性化护理在肺癌根治术患者中护理效果显著，可有效降低患者的不良情绪成分，并且还能提高护理质量，减少并发症的发生，值得广泛推广。 【关键词】人性化护理；肺癌根治术；心理状态；护理满意度 Effect of preoperative patients psychological state and nursing satisfaction with humane care for Lung Cancer 【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the humane cure mental state and the role of nursing satisfaction with clinical effects of lung cancer surgery patient care. Methods our hospital for treatment of lung resection, 60 patients were randomly divided into a control group and observation group, the control group received usual care, observation group take humane care, psychological status were compared before and after patient care, nursing satisfaction and complications happen and so on. Results After treatment, the observation group anxiety (SAS) and depression (SDS) scores were significantly lower than the control group, and show a statistically significant difference (P 0.05); observation group care satisfaction was 96.67%, significantly higher 80.00%, and show a statistically significant difference (P 0.05); observation group complication rate was 5.00%, significantly lower than the 30.00% in the control group, and show a statistically significant difference (P 0.05).
