Clinical Research of the Therapeutic Effects of QuTanHuoXue  granule on  angina pectoris with intermingled phlegm and blood  stasis Speciality：Internal Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine Author：Qu Hong Tutor：Meng Zhaoyang Abstract Objective: Observation the clinical effect on treating angina of Tanyuhujie type of syndrome to explore it’s mechanism. Methods: 60 patients with angina of Tanyuhujie type of syndrome were randomly selected and divided into two groups, 30 patients in treatment group and 30 patients in control group.One group was treated with QutanHuoxue granule and general western medicine,the other one with general western medicine.After 4 weeks were observed the treatment of clinical symptoms,the ST-T changes of ECG, laboratory examination and analyzed statistically.Results: 1. Two pairs of Coronary Heart Disease to alleviate symptoms and ECG were significantly improved efficacy, the efficacy of the treatment group is superior to the control group 2.Chinese medicine in improving symptoms, treatment group was significantly better than the control group.3.After treatment, total cholesterol and LDL lipids, C-reactive protein (CRP) 、 Hemorheology levels decreased in the treatment group decreased more significantly.Conclusions: QutanHuoxue granule is the clinical treatment of TanyuHujie type of angina in a safe and effective Chinese medicine compound。Because of the small toxicity and overall treatment,the Chinese medicine has broad prospects and advantage which can not be replaced by the other medicine on treating angina pectoris.
