Method: 100 cases of cervical spondylosis and 30 cases of non-cervical spondylosis were two groups. By detailed asking and recording history and imagine diagnosis to diagnose and classify 100 cases of cervical spondylosis patients into two types: a. Nerve root cervical spondylosis and b. Vertebral artery cervical spondylosis. Using auricular detector to detect along helix, scapha, principal part of antihelix, triangular fossa, cymaba conchae, cavity of concha, antitragus, earlobe and tragus,then to observe the relationship between different types of cervical spondylosis and auricular positive reaction points. Results: 1. Comparing with non-cervical spondylosis group, in nerve root cervical spondylosis group, there were differences in eight auricular points(P0.05), which were cervical vertebra point, shoulder point, finger point, wrist point, elbow point, kidney point, liver point, and subcortex point. 2. Comparing with non-cervical spondylosis group, in vertebral artery cervical spondylosis group, there were differences in eight auricular points(P0.05), which were cervical vertebra point, shoulder point, occiput point, kidney point, sympathetic point, heart point, shenmen point, and endocrine point. 3. There was no differences between auricular points bilaterally comparing eight auricular points in cervical spondylosis group. Conclusion: 1. Electric measurement positive reaction auricular points connected with nerve root cervical spondylosis are cervical vertebra point, shoulder point, finger point, wrist point, elbow point, kidney point, live point, and subcortex point. 2.
