Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the prescription of WEN-TONG-SAN-
HAN on coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.Methods:60 patients of angina
pectoris were randomly divided into treatment group(30cases) and control group(30cases).
SHE-XIANG-BAO-XIN-WAN capsule was given to control group.The treatment group
were dosed the prescription of WEN-TONG-SAN-HAN.The influences of clinical
effect,ECG and laboratory indexes on coronary heart disease and angina pectoris were
observed before and after treatment in both groups.Results:In the treatment group，the total
effective rate of relieving angina， improving ECG and meliorating symptoms were
respectively 66.7% ， 66.7% and93.3% ； the corresponding remarkable rate were
respectively20%,20%,15% which were significantly better than those of the control
group(P0. 01). Conclusion:the prescription of WEN-TONG-SAN-HAN can obtain more
remarkable curative effect on treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.
