重庆大学硕士学位论文  摘  要  中文摘要  对于一个地区的区域文化规划来讲，首先要对该地区的文化特色做出准确的 提炼，既要有自己与众不同之处，又要得到地区内与地区外的广泛认可。地域的 历史、背景、地位差异，造成吸引外部文化兴趣、消费、投资的差异，这既关乎 地区文化形象塑造、文化特色保护和保持，又关乎文化产业类型、文化产品生产 等区域收入和实力因素。此课题的研究目的在于推动南岸在全市领先塑造出可识 别的特色文化形象，摸索出文化与经济良性互动，形成双赢的文化发展模式，在 引导群众文化需求的同时满足群众的文化要求，真正提高南岸文化产业在 GDP 中 的比重。 南岸的生态与人文却具有“小品化”的特点。这首先表现在南岸的自然景观不是 重庆的名胜景观。其次，重庆代表性的历史人文资源在南岸分布不多。“节庆文化” 这一体现南岸现代人文的品牌，其认可度和美誉度还不强，但南岸真正的文化特 质还在于另一个辨证的元素，即“谐和”，它与“生态”、“人文”一起共同成为南岸文 化的特质。自然生态与人文资源相谐和，形成南岸特有的温雅亲切的文化基调。 应促进区域经济文化协调发展，使区域经济建设与区域文化建设的相互依赖、相 互促进、相互渗透、处在一个动态平衡之中。南岸正面临一个区域经济与文化共 规划的良好机遇,而七大经济板块打造,正是为了实现文化发展与经济发展相谐和。 南岸应利用“群众文化”已有一定群众基础和成果的优势，切实发挥群众文化对提升 人们思想道德素质和营造良好精神文化氛围的重要作用，真正让“人”成为文化谐和 活的载体和表现形态。 关键词：谐和，文化基调，经济板块，群众文化 I 重庆大学硕士学位论文  英文摘要  ABSTRACT For the district culture plan,first it should sum the very feature of this district,not only something distinguished ,but something widely accepted.The diffrences of history ,background and status draws the diffrent culture interests and investment,which concern the figure looking , feature protecting,also culture industry kinds.The aim of this research goes to promoting the pace of Nan’an forming the distinguished culture feature,finding the clue to double-ended winning and getting a larger shares in the GDP.Nan’an culture owns its weakness.The natural resorts in Nan’an aren’t the repretatitive ones in Chongqing.The repretative humanism resorts in Chongqing are not so many in Nan’an District. The degrees of acceptence and honors aren’t so high for the “Festival Culture” as the culture feature. Harmoniousness, together with zoology and humanism, forms the distinguished feature of the Nan’An district culture. Melody of the natural zoology and humanism resource constitutes the self-owned cultural mood of gentleness. Economy progress and culture progress depend on each other,promot each other.
