毕业论文（参考）中小型物流企业绩效评价体系研究.doc

摘 要 我国的物流行业正处于低端市场向高端市场过度的阶段，物流的运营也越来越复杂，中小型物流企业如何评估自身物流经营业绩和效益的合理性，确定适合企业本身的战略目标也日趋关键，这就需要一套绩效评价体系来衡量。 本文主要针对中小型物流企业的实际经营状况，在调研分析和实习的基础上，通过网上搜集资料，探索建立一种适合国内大部分物流企业使用的绩效评价指标体系。文章首先阐述了中小型物流企业的发展现状，指出需要建立绩效评价体系的必要性；介绍了绩效评价的相关定义、设计步骤、建立的原则和要求；然后较为具体的论述了建立绩效评价体系的指标内容和评价的方法。本文从五大指标考虑，通过两种评价方法结合进行考核；最后运用实际案例验证上述的绩效评价指标体系能够较为真实地反映出中小型物流企业的实际运营状况，从而对提高企业竞争力、企业管理水平、客户服务水平等方面起到积极的促进作用。 关键字：中小型物流企业，绩效评价，指标体系，评价方法 Abstract Chinas logistics industry is at the stage of low-end to the high-end market, logistics operations are becoming more complex, how to evaluate small and medium logistics enterprise their own performance of logistics rationality and efficiency, to determine the appropriate strategy of the enterprise are becoming increasingly important, which needs to require a performance evaluation system to measure. This article is intended primarily for small and medium sized logistics enterprises in the actual operation, based on the analysis research and practice, establishing a suitable performance evaluation index system for most of domestic logistics enterprises by collecting information on the Internet. First, explaining small and medium logistics enterprise of development status, which indicates that it is necessity to established performance evaluation system. Second, describing performance evaluation of related defined, design steps, established of principles and select of requirements. Later, establishing performance evaluation system of index content and evaluation method specificly, this article establishes five large indexs and evaluates in two evaluation methods .In the Last, using an actual case explains the above performance evaluation index system which can reflect small and medium logistics enterprises actual operation status, improve enterprise competitiveness, enterprise level, and Customer service levels and so on.
