Responsibility 9 Appendix –Ⅰ 12 Appendix - Ⅱ 13 QUALITY POLICY This quality manual is established on the basis of ISO 9001: 2000 Quality Management Systems - Requirements for the BYT/TJT/SHX36-5 TOPSIDE LQ EPC PROJECT. The quality manual describes that within the framework of the effective use of ISO 9001 “Quality Management System”, how the project is in process and how the project quality control is performed in the scope of contract requirements. The quality policy that the company has adopted for its quality management is “Producing elaborately and aiming at top-ranking quality, innovating continuously and exceeding clients’ expectations, abiding by laws and taking social responsibilities, preventing pollution and controlling safety and health risk.” The Project Specific Quality Policy serves as the guiding principal for carrying out all types of quality activities, the publication and amendments of the policy shall be approved by the project Manager. After the completion of the project, the quality manual will be write off. By way of document transmitting, making identification labels, online publishing and meetings, the Quality Policy will be transmitted to all project staff members, subcontractors, in order to help them fully understand the policy and make it easily accessible
