It can not only strengthen our bodies, and can train a person of independent thinking and solving the ability and encountered difficulties in physical strength and intelligence are under pressure to make rapid reaction, the ability of a decisive leader. In college offers directional cross-country class, not only can exercise the student body, enhanced physique, still can help students develop independent analysis, problem solving skills, enhances the student to the environmental and social adaptation ability, to the students physical and mental health and the cultivation of good quality will have a positive impact. On the other hand, developing directional movement also adapted to the school sports education reform and quality education development needs.
