Factors affecting the principal pigment extraction process are time, temperature, solid-liquid ratio, extraction agent concentration. First get every single factor method by controlling the variables optimum extraction conditions were: time is 2.5h, the temperature is 70, solid-liquid ratios of 1:250 extract concentration is 100%.
