湿法消解 ICP-MS测定化妆品中部分重金属离子 摘 要 在化妆品制造中，由于添加了各种原料，如滑石粉、高岭土、碳酸盐和氧化锌等，极易将一些有害重金属元素，引入产品，严重时，会使使用者重金属中毒，严重影响消费者健康。本实验用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)，测定了不同化妆品基质中铅、镉、砷重金属离子。样品预处理采用以HNO3-H2O2水溶液作消化试剂的湿法消解以和高压消解罐消解方法，并作对比。也对不同化妆品基质中消化试剂的用量进行了比较。针对不同化妆品样品,对试样进行定量分析。 实验证明用硝酸—过氧化氢消解后,样品消解液可供用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)测量。电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定化妆品中的Pb、As、Cd、含量,分析速度快,分析性能指标达到要求。Pb、As、Cd三种元素的检出限分别在0.1～0.15μg之间，回收率在80%～110%之间。测定结果较满意。部分去斑类、美白类化妆品样品中重金属含量偏高。此法简单、快速、准确，适合大批量化妆品的快速消解及微量元素的定量分析。 关键词　　化妆品/重金属/湿法消解/压力罐消解/电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)。 WET DIGESTION ICP-MS DETEMINATION OF THE HEAVY METALS IN COSMETICS ABSTRACT In the manufacture of cosmetics, because adding a variety of raw materials, such as talc, kaolin, carbonate and zinc oxide, vulnerable to some harmful heavy metals, the introduction of products, serious, heavy metal poisoning users will seriously affect consumers health.
