新乡市高校大学生课外排球健身现状调查 摘要 本研究采用问卷调查法、文献资料法、和数理统计等方法,对河南省新乡市高校排球健身活动现状进行调查分析。结果表明: 1．学生参加课外排球活动的目的明确,认知良好,但每周参加排球活动的次数和持续时间不尽人意,与倡导的“每天锻炼一小时,健康工作五十年,幸福生活一辈子”的要求还相差甚远; 2．大学生的排球理论素养匮乏;大学生主要通过电视、报纸、网络等获取比赛信息;3．大学生参加课余排球比赛的现状不容乐观;4．大学生参与课外排球活动的动机呈现多元化的趋势7．排球场地器材投入不足，配备不够合理，没有教师指导、缺乏技术,是影响大学生不经常参加课外排球活动的主要原因; 5．个人兴趣、个人时间、比赛队水平、赛场气氛等是影响大学生不经常关注校内排球比赛的主要原因。6．校内、校外很少开展排球比赛，大学生参加比赛的机会较少。7．制约新乡市高校大学生课外排球活动开展的主要因素有：教师因素、学生因素、排球项目自身因素、教学保障条件因素、教学内容因素、教学管理因素及运动竞赛因素。 关键词： 新乡市，高校，大学生，排球健身 Xinxiang College Students after School Volleyball Fitness Survey Abstract This study used questionnaires, literature, and statistics and other methods, Xinxiang City, Henan Province Volleyball Fitness Activities investigation and analysis.
