知识经济下企业供应链战略联盟的冲突及协调研究 摘 要 随着经济的不断发展，知识经济作为一种新型的产业结构产生，供应链管理应运而生，并成为越来越多的企业普遍关注的一个热点，而供应链战略联盟是知识经济下供应链发展的趋势与必然结果。通过相互合作、共担风险、共享利益，供应链战略联盟能保证各个成员在实现供应链联盟整体绩效最大化的同时，改善自身的绩效，从而提高其市场竞争力。知识经济带动了供应链的发展，使其不断完善，是供应链上各企业之间达成一种联盟的形式。本文通过对比分析传统供应链战略联盟与知识经济下供应链战略联盟，得出二者之间有一定的差距。传统供应链战略联盟在业务和利益方面存在冲突，而知识经济下供应链战略联盟有效地解决了这些冲突。 关键词：知识经济，供应链联盟，冲突，协调 The Research of the Supply Chain Coordination of Conflict and strategic Alliance under Knowkedge Economy Abstract As the economy continues to develop, knowledge economy as a new industry structure priduce, supply chain management comes into being, Knowledge Economy as a new industrial structure starts up, supply chain management came into being, and become more and more enterprises a hot topic of common concern, on the other hand supply chain alliance is the development trend of supply chain and the result for sure. Through mutual cooperation and the risks, shared interests, supply chain strategic alliances to ensure that all members of the Alliance in the supply chain to maximize overall performance, while improving their own performance, there by enhancing its market competitiweness.
