显微镜下经鼻蝶窦入路行垂体瘤切除术疗效及安全性评价 　　【摘要】 目的：研究显微镜下经鼻蝶窦入路行垂体瘤切除手术疗效及安全性。方法：选取笔者所在医院收治的44例垂体瘤患者，对其进行显微镜下经鼻蝶窦入路肿瘤切除手术。观察治疗效果、并发症以及相关激素水平变化。结果：显微镜下手术治疗泌乳素腺瘤有效率为94.44%；治疗生长激素腺瘤有效率为92.86%；治疗皮质激素腺瘤的有效率为85.71%；治疗无功能腺瘤有效率为80.00%。手术后泌乳素腺瘤患者的泌乳素水平显著降低，生长激素腺瘤患者的生长激素水平显著降低。44例垂体瘤患者手术后有3例（6.82%）并发症。结论：对垂体瘤患者进行显微镜下经鼻蝶窦入路的垂体瘤切除手术可以有效治疗患者病症，改善患者激素水平，减少患者术后并发症。 中国论文网 /6/view-7251115.htm 　　【关键词】 显微镜； 鼻蝶窦； 垂体瘤切除术 　　中图分类号 R584 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2016）6-0016-02 　　Efficacy and Safety of Pituitary Tumor Resection of Nasal Transsphenoidal Approach with Microscope/YANG Zheng-dong.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2016，14（6）：16-17 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To research under the microscope by endonasal transsphenoidal approach for pituitary adenoma resection surgery efficacy and safety.Method：The hospital of 44 cases of pituitary tumor were selected and treated with the microscope via endonasal transsphenoidal approach tumor resection.To observe the therapeutic effect，complications and related changes in hormone levels.Result：Under the microscope surgical treatment of lactation prolactinomas effective rate was 94.44%；growth hormone adenoma treatment effective rate was 92.86%；treatment of cortical hormone adenoma efficiency was 85.71%；treatment of non functioning adenomas effective rate was 80.00%.Surgery after prolactin adenomas in patients with prolactin level decreased significantly.Growth hormone secreting pituitary adenomas in patients with growth hormone levels decreased significantly.The complications were 3 cases（6.82%） after pituitary tumor resection in 44 cases.Conclusion：In patients with pituitary adenoma which are performed under microscope via transsphenoidal sinus approach road of pituitary tumor resection can be effective in the treatment of patients with symptoms，reduce the postoperative complications，improve the hormone levels of patients. 　　【Key words】 Microscope； Nasal sinus； Pituitary tumor resection 　　First-author’s address：Dehong Peoples Hospital，Luxi 678400，China 　　d
