牙周基础联合替硝唑胶囊治疗糖尿病性牙周炎的效果及安全性分析 　　[摘要] 目的 分析牙周基础联合替硝唑胶囊治疗糖尿病性牙周炎的效果及安全性。方法 回顾性分析2014年10月―2015年10月中国石油中心医院收治的79例糖尿病性牙周炎患者临床资料，按不同治疗方法分为两组，对照组（34例）予以牙周基础治疗，研究组（45例）在对照组基础上采用替硝唑胶囊治疗，比较两组治疗前后菌斑指数、龈沟出血指数、附着丧失、松动度变化情况，及不良反应情况。 结果 研究组治疗后菌斑指数、龈沟出血指数、附着丧失、松动度（0.86±0.21）、（0.80±0.23）、（1.93±0.51）mm及（1.06±0.37）mm均优于对照组（1.06±0.41）、（1.23±0.33）、（3.16±0.47）mm及（1.39±0.41）mm，比较差异具统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 牙周基础联合替硝唑胶囊治疗糖尿病性牙周炎的效果显著，值得临床运用。 中国论文网 /6/view-7249532.htm 　　[关键词] 牙周基础；替硝唑胶囊；糖尿病性牙周炎；安全性 　　[中图分类号] R5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）12（c）-0131-02 　　Analysis of Effect and Security of Initial Periodontal Combined with Tinidazole Capsules Treatment for Diabetic Periodontitis 　　CAO Qian， ZHANG Jie 　　Department of stomatology， China National Petroleum Center Hospital， Langfang， Hebei Province， 065000 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the effect and security of initial periodontal combined with Tinidazole Capsules treatment for diabetic periodontitis. Results The plaque index， sulcular bleeding index， attachment loss and mobility in the research group were better than those in the control group，（0.86±0.21），（0.80±0.23），（1.93±0.51）mm and （1.06±0.37）mm vs（1.06±0.41），（1.23±0.33），（3.16±0.47）mm and（1.39±0.41）mm， and the differences had statistical significance by comparison，（P0.05）.
