跨国公司在华并购的影响及对策 摘要 加入WTO以来，我国经济得到了快速发展，我国市场蕴藏的巨大潜力开始显现出来，国际上许多跨国公司纷纷把目光投向我国国有企业。与此同时，外资进入我国产业的广度和深度正在不断加强，作为外商投资主体之一的跨国公司对我国企业的并购行为也在频繁发生，这对我国的产业安全甚至经济安全产生了现实和潜在的影响。本文首先阐述了跨国公司在华并购的发展阶段、现状及其特点，然后探讨了近年来跨国公司并购行为对我国经济安全、产业安全和企业发展的积极和消极影响，最后从宏观、中观和微观三个角度提出了相关对策和建议。 [关键词] 跨国公司 并购 效应 对策 ABSTRACT Since china’s accession to WTO, Chinas economy has taken rapid development. The huge potential that contains in the market of our country has begun to appear. Many international MNC focus their attention on our country. At the same time, the breadth and depth of our industry which foreign investments enter into has been strengthened constantly. As one of the main foreign investments, the activities of Multinational companies merge and acquire corporations in our country is obviously increasing, which have some reality and potential impacts to the security of industry and national economy. The dissertation firstly illustrated development stage, current situation and characteristics of multinational corporations MA in China. Then it deeply discusses the positive and negative effects of MA on Chinese economic security, industrial security and enterprise development in recent years. Finally from the macro, meso and microscopic point of view, it puts forward to the relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
