黄石机械厂加工车间设计 系 （部）：城市建设学院 专 业 班：土木工程1003班 姓 名：卫才皇 学 号：20101222158 指导教师：刘华琛 2014年 5月  黄石机械厂加工车间设计 The Designment of The Processing Workshop of Huangshi Machine factory  摘 要 本工程为黄石机械厂加工车间工程，此车间设计采用轻钢结构门式刚架体系，为单层单跨工业厂房，跨度为18m，柱距6m，长度为48m，建筑檐口标高为9.9m。设有一台5t轻级工作制（A3级）桥式吊车。屋面结构为有檩体系，带保温层压型钢板屋面，屋面排水采用外天沟排水。主次刚架构件均采用焊接工字形钢，梁柱及屋脊节点处采用高强螺栓连接，柱脚采用刚接形式，基础采用锥形独立基础，基础埋深0.5m。 本设计建筑部分包括厂房的平、立、剖面及部分节点详图。结构设计部分包括结构计算和结构施工图的绘制，结构设计根据现行《钢结构设计规范》和《轻型钢结构设计手册》等规范进行计算。计算主要包括各构件的荷载统计、内力计算和内力组合，然后选取最不利的内力对各构件截面进行强度、刚度和稳定性等的验算，其中最重要的就是进行节点的设计。最后根据结构设计计算书绘制结构施工图。 关键词：门式刚架 荷载 强度 刚度 稳定性 Abstract This project is the processing workshop of Huangshi machine factory. The light portal frame system is used in this design, which is a single-layer and single-span industry workshop. The span of it is 18m.The distance of the column is 6m. The length of the workshop is 48m.The elevation of the building eaves is 9.9m.There is a 5t(A3 level) bridge type intermediate working system crane. The roofing structure is cross-beam system with insulation. Outside drainage gutter is used in the drainage of roof. The primary and secondary component of the frame is all used welding H-beam. High-strength blots are used to connect beams and columns. The form of the column base is rigid. The foundations adopt cone-independent and its depth is 0.5m. Architectural design is consist of plane, facade, profile and some node details. The structural design contains calculation and structure drawings. Structural calculation is finished according to the present steel structure design standard and Light steel structure design manual. The main calculation includes statistics of load, calculation of load and internal force composition of various components. The strength, stiffness and stability of component sections are checked out under the most disadvantaged internal forces. The design of nodes is the most important. At last, structure drawings are drawn according to the result of calculation. Key words: Portal
