PROⅡ模拟年产8万吨苯乙烯生产装置工艺设计 学生：孙可慧， 化学与环境工程学院化工系 指导老师：路平，江汉大学化学与环境工程学院 摘要 苯乙烯是最重要的基本有机化工原料之一，目前工业生产装置止向大型化发展，对于国内现有小型装置进行改造，提高这些装置的经济效益，对于这些企业的生存和发展具有重要意义。本文总结了国内外主要的苯乙烯生产路线，对苯乙烯装置扩能改造的技术路线选择，设备方案进行了论述。详细论证了Smart工艺技术的原理及在装置改造中的应用。 为进一步降低能耗，实现能量的回收，对现有工艺进行改进及最优综合具有重要的实际意义。本文使用化工流程模拟软件PROⅡ对现有苯乙烯生产工艺进行了模拟计算，对装置进行了多次的模拟优化。 根据工艺流程，选用适宜的操作单元模块和热力学方法，建立过程模型进行稳态模拟计算。采用PROⅡ流程模拟软件对流程进行了模拟，对工艺参数进行了优化，得到了适宜的操作条件。 该套苯乙烯装置的模拟优化为国内同类装置的流程优化提供了经验。 关键词 乙苯；苯乙烯；氧化脱氢；PROⅡ；Smart工艺；模拟优化  Abstract Styrene Monomer（SM）is one of the most important organic chemicals. With the trend of plant size increasing, for the sake of survival and development, the existing small scale SM plant need to revamp with feasible scheme. The paper summarized the main SM production technologies. The process selection and equipment plan of SM plant revamp has been discussed. Smart technology demonstrated in detail the principle and application of the transformation in the device. In order to reduce energy consumption, it is signification to improve and optimize the existing technology. In this paper, the industrialized production system of styrene is simulated by making use of the chemical engineering simulation software PROⅡ. According to the whole production process, appropriate operation modules and thermodynamic methods were chosen, and the steady-state simulation model was established. Utilizing the process simulation software, the simulation was performed for the columns and operating parameters were optimized. The revamping and optimization of this styrene unit for energy-saving purpose provide experiences for other domestic styrene units.
