摘要 本项目设计年产5.5亿片维生素B2片车间精制工艺，了解产品质量和技术指标及产品的用途和意义，得出建厂的可行性报告，进行设备供应的选取。设计出工艺流程，绘出带控制点的工艺流程图和平面布置图。对主要设备选型，进行物料衡算，得出设备的具体规格。进行片剂物料计算及设计配合条件的设计，并进行成本的初步核算，最终得到维生素B2片的车间工艺设计说明书。 关键词：维生素B2，片剂，工艺设计 Abstract The project designed to produce 610 million tablets of Vitamin B2 construction section condensation process, access to understanding of product quality and technical specifications and product use and meaning derived plant report on the feasibility to carry out the selection of equipment.
