Methods Mainly using the method of alkali extraction and acid precipitation to extract rutin, the next, making quercetin by hydrolyzing rutin in dilute acid, selecting the best extraction conditions by single factor method. Result The quality of rutin that made by alkali extraction and acid precipitation method is eligible, and particle size, extraction times, extraction time, extraction temperature, acidity, crystallization time and other factors have effect on the yield and purity of rutin. Conclusion This method has the advantages of simple device, convenient operation, low charge and cost, but the extraction process is difficult to filter, the efficiency is not high. In the factors of extracting rutin, acidity is the greatest impact to the yield. Keywords: Sophora japonica; rutin; quercetin; alkali extraction and acid precipitation; identification 0 引 言 Rue glucoside）′-四羟基-3-芸香糖黄酮。性状为黄色结晶粉末或无晶形粉末，有苦味，略溶于水，能溶于热水、甲醇及乙醇。芦丁具有广泛的药理活性，既可作为治疗药物，又可作为保健品。具有维生素P样作用，能降低毛细血管通透性和脆性，促进细胞增生和防止血细胞凝聚，临床上用于治疗毛细血管脆性引起的出血症，有助于恢复毛细血管弹性，如治疗脑血管出血、高血压、视网膜出血、急性出血性肾炎等[4]。芦丁水解所得的槲皮素是很好的天然染料，作为药品，具有很好的祛痰止咳作用。 芦丁广泛存在于自然界，几乎所有的芸香科和石楠科植物中都有。尤以芸香科植物的芸香草、豆科植物的槐米、蓼科植物的荞麦、金丝桃科植物的红旱莲、鼠李科植物的光枝勾儿茶、大蓟科植物的野梧桐叶等含量较为丰富[5]。药理研
