Method The content of organic acids was determined by HPLC. With Quinic acid, malic acid ,shikimic acid, protocatechuic acid, chlorogenic acid and caffeic acid content evaluation as indexes, effects of the extraction approaches, ethanol concentration and the material liquid ratio on the amount of organic acid extraction were investigated by single factor tests, then solvent extraction purification and enrichment after extracted, finally dissolved the extract in the acidic water. Results The best processing method for the samples was ultrasonic extraction by 50% ethanol, solid-liquid ratio of 1:20 and extracting time for 60 min.
