摘 要 在经济快速发展的今天,各类企业的绩效管理工作已经作为现代企业HR对人力资源进行管理的一种重要工具和手段,在战略实现、人才提拔以及企业员工管理等方面发挥着重要的作用,这一点己经成为国内企业的一种共识,因此,许多企业都正在准备实施或者已经实施了绩效管理。然而在已经实施了绩效管理的企业中,有调查表明:大多数企业认为在本公司的绩效管理方面做了大量的工作,得到的收益却并没有预期的理想。所以,有些企业浅尝辄止,维持现状,不再继续探索改进绩效管理;还有些企业则遇难则退,采用传统的管理方式,绩效管理政策不了了之。 我国企业,多数并没有了解绩效管理的核心理念,并且认为设定绩效管理方案是人力资源部门内部的事情,企业的其他管理人员以及员工并没有出谋划策,参与到其中。然而,企业的绩效管理并不是某一种单一的管理理论,它更像是一个项目,需要企业各个结构的共同参与,才能达到较为理想的效果。 关键词 绩效管理 绩效考核 企业管理理念 员工参与度 Abstract With the rapid development of the economy today, enterprises of all types of performance management has become an important tool for modern enterprise HR management of human resourcesplays an important role in the strategic implementation, promoting talents and enterprise staff management and other aspects, this point has become a consensus, so the domestic enterprises, many enterprises are preparing to implement or have already implemented the performance management. Most of the enterprises in our country don’t understand the core idea of performance management, and hold the idea that the performance management scheme is set inside the human resources department, other management personnel of enterprises and the staff giveno advices and suggestions, to participate in it. However, the performance of enterprise management is not a single management theory, it is more like a project, requiring the participation of every structure, to achieve the ideal effect.
