Converting PowerPoint Slide shows to Flipcharts files This walkthrough will demonstrate how to convert power point files into flipcharts using the Activestudio v3 tools. I will also demonstrate how to convert flipcharts into PowerPoint slideshows. PowerPoint to Flipchart To convert a PowerPoint to a flipchart the first thing you have to do is: Open Activestudio Click on the Main Menu Button  This will bring up the Main Menu From here you will want to click on Flipchart, Import, and PPT Converter: This will bring up the PowerPoint File Converter: From here you will need to click Browse. You must then select the PowerPoint file that you want to convert then click “Next” In the following “Save as…” window you will want to choose the location and file name for the Flipchart you would like to create. Once you hit start the file will be created and the program will ask you if you would like to open it. Flipchart to PowerPoint To convert a Flipchart to a PowerPoint, the first thing you have to do is: Open the Flipchart file you wish to convert. Click on the Main Menu Button  This will bring up the Main Menu Once the Main Menu is displayed you will need to click on Flipchart, Export, To PPT (PowerPoint), then finally Maintain Separate Objects  This will bring up a “Save as…” window where you can select a location and name the PowerPoint File.
