 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT VI 湖南商学院 毕 业 论 文 题 目 上市公司筹资方式的分析与评价学生姓名曾玲瑶学 号120410387学 院会计学院专业班级会计1206班指导教师李革职 称副教授2016年1月 内容摘要 筹资问题是当今我国经济改革发展中的一个重要问题。随着企业业务的不断深入，最优筹资方式发挥了重要作用，但在现实中也显现出筹资结构不完善等问题。围绕此问题国内外学者展开了一系列深入研究，在筹资方式选择方面提出了不同观点。结合中国目前筹资现状和发达国家企业的筹资顺序，作者对完善公司筹资结构问题开展研究，对主要筹资方式进行了分析与比较，其次从筹资方向和资本结构方向对目前我国上市公司的筹资现状进行了统计学分析，主要表明我国股权筹资偏好情况有所改变，最后从理论上分析了影响上市公司筹资行为的外部和内部因素，并对完善我国上市公司筹资结构，改善筹资现状提出了相应的对策建议。 关键词 筹资；筹资方式；筹资结构 ABSTRACT Financing of todays economic reform and development is an important issue. With the deepening of enterprise business, the optimal financing played an important role, but in reality the financing structure also showed imperfect.
