中小企业筹资分析 摘　要 随着我国市场经济日益发展，。改革开放以来，我国中小企业取得了长足发展，在经济发展和社会稳定中扮演着重要角色。随着我国市场经济体制的不断完善和世界经济一体化趋势的不断加强，中小企业面临着前所未有的发展机遇和挑战。而资金是中小企业发展过程中不可或缺的生产要素，稳定的融资渠道是中小企业发展的重要前提条件，目前我国中小企业在发展过程中最突出的问题，就是资金的匮乏、融资渠道的不畅。 Abstract As Chinas market economy growing, the development of small and medium enterprises on the development of the national economy is becoming more and more important. Since opening, the small and medium-sized enterprises tremendous development, economic development and social stability plays an important role. As Chinas market economy is evolving and world economic integration trend grows, and medium-sized enterprises are faced with unprecedented challenges and opportunities of development.
