本科生毕业论文（设计） 题目：不同钝化剂条件对油菜富集重金 属镉的影响 学 院 化学与环境科学学院 学科门类 工学 专　　业 环境工程　　 学 号 2011442024 　 姓 名 殷东杰 指导教师 刘红梅 2015年5月9日  不同钝化剂条件对油菜富集重金属镉的影响 摘　　要 针对近年来镉大米问题以及镉对农田和环境的不利影响日益显现。针对我国部分地区土地重金属污染越来越严重，本文展开了不同钝化剂条件对植物富集重金属镉的影响研究。试验采用盆栽方法研究不同钝化剂条件下，油菜植株中富集镉量的变化量。实验结果表明：单施钢渣、腐植酸钠的处理油菜植株样中的镉含量与对照组相比显著降低，分别降低了53.0%和46.5%；混合施沸石、赤泥和硅钾肥的处理与对照相比也显著降低，降低了48%；而其他处理的油菜植株中的镉含量虽然有所降低，但降低的不显著。进一步分析盆栽土壤中镉的各形态的含量，分析不同钝化剂条件下有效镉与惰性镉之间的转换，从本质上分析不同钝化剂条件对油菜富集重金属镉的影响。得出结论以钢渣、腐植酸钠和混合施沸石、赤泥和硅钾肥组合作为土壤钝化剂效果较好，可以用钢渣、腐植酸钠和混合施沸石、赤泥和硅钾肥组合作为重金属镉污染土地的改良剂。 关键词：镉； 重金属污染 ；钝化剂 ；钢渣 ；腐植酸钠 The influence of different enrichment heavy metal passivator conditions on rapeseed Abstract For cadmium rice in recent years, and cadmium on farmland and the environment becomes increasingly negative influence, and parts of our country land heavy metal pollution is more and more serious, this paper carried out different passivator research on the influence of the heavy metal cadmium enrichment plant. Test is studied by using theory of potted passivation agent under the condition of different amount of cadmium accumulation in rape plant. Experimental results show that the single steel slag, the processing of sodium humate rape plant samples significantly reduced compared with control group, the cadmium content was reduced by 53.0% and 53.0% respectively; Mixed ShiFeiShi, red mud and the processing of silicon potash compared also decreased significantly, by 48%; And other processing of the cadmium content in rapeseed plants while decreases, but not significantly reduced.
