劳资冲突与工会参与 Labor conflicts and union participation 摘要 改革开放以来，我国经济建设取得了优异的成果，特别是近十年，国家通过深化经济体制改革，我国经济取得了快速平稳的发展。但不可忽略的是，在国家经济取得快速发展的同时，也出现诸多不和谐因素，如环境破坏、贫富差距不断拉大、劳资冲突频发等，而在这诸多不和谐因素中，劳资冲突尤为因而关注。据统计，我国近年来发生的群体性事件，70%是由劳资冲突引发的，纵观西方经济发展过程，解决劳资冲突最有效最便捷的方式是通过工会参与解决劳资冲突。而工会在我国并未经历其在西方国家漫长充分的的发展，中国的企业工会在解决劳资冲突中作用有限，如何建立合理的符合中国现实的工会参与模型，发挥工会在解决劳资冲突中的作用值得我们深入研究。 关键词：劳资冲突 群体性事件 工会参与 Abstract Chinas economic construction has achieved excellent results,since the reform and opening up, especially in the past decade, the state through the deepening of economic reform, Chinas economy has achieved rapid and stable development. But can not be ignored is that the country has achieved rapid economic development, there have many discordant factors, such as environmental destruction, the wealth gap is widening, such as frequent labor conflicts, in which many discordant factors, labor conflict therefore particularly concerned. According to statistics, group events occurred in China in recent years, 70% are caused by a labor conflict, the process of economic development throughout the West to resolve labor conflicts most effective and convenient way is through the trade unions involved in resolving labor conflicts. The trade unions in our country has not experienced the full development of its long in Western countries, Chinas enterprise unions to resolve labor conflicts in a limited role, and how to establish a reasonable compliance with Chinas trade unions to participate in the reality of the model, the role of trade unions in resolving labor conflicts worth further study.
