现代风水理论在住宅区规划中的运用研究 摘 要 风水理论在我国发源流传已有三千多年，风水经历了从无形到有形，从经验到学问的转变历程，从古代商周的萌芽到明清时期的发展成熟而跃上巅峰，又由民国时期到建国初期的完全否定而跌落低谷。70年代在国外兴起和发展，近年来随着国外对国内的影响，风水理论逐渐开始在我国复苏，但与之不同的是，当代学者们开始对风水理论有了更理性的认识。不能否定，风水理论在现代生活中的确有一定的迷信色彩和封建糟粕，可是风水理论中也有古人智慧的结晶，我们必须舍弃糟粕，取其精华。风水的理论本质就是提倡人与自然的和谐统一，这也恰好与现代人类面临的全球生态危机的解决途径不谋而合。本论文分为两部分：理论研究部分及实例分析部分。理论研究：在阅读多篇相关文献、著作和获得一些风水师的帮助、建议的基础上，最终得出科学的，并且可在现代居住区中使用的借鉴风水七大原则；实例分析部分：运用实地考察的方法，应用借鉴风水的七大原则，对大理洱海庄园进行了分析，使理论与实际相结合。 关键词：风水理论；住宅区规划；运用研究 Abstract Geomantic omen geomantic omen theory spread over three thousand years in our country rises, geomantic omen has experienced from invisible to visible, transition from experience to science, from the development of ancient Shang and Zhou Dynasties to the Ming and Qing Dynasties mature bud and jump on the peak, and the period of the Republic of China completely negative to initial and falling trough. 70s rise in foreign countries and development, in recent years along with the influence of foreign to domestic, geomantic omen theory began in Chinas recovery, but with different is, the contemporary scholars began to have a more rational understanding of geomantic omen theory.
