“整颈三步九法”治疗椎动脉型颈椎病患者椎体位移指标观察和临床研究.pdf

中文摘要 目的：本文通过观察“整颈三步九法”推拿按摩及普通手法推拿按摩治疗椎动脉型颈 椎病的临床疗效，并对两组患者治疗前、后的临床症状及X-ray 椎体位移的变化进行 统计学分析，研究“整颈三步九法”推拿按摩是否优于普通手法推拿按摩治疗椎动脉 型颈椎病，并探讨“整颈三步九法”推拿按摩治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的作用机理，为临 床规范化治疗提供科学依据。 方法：将符合本课题研究要求的60 例椎动脉型颈椎病确诊患者，采用随机法分为治 疗组及对照组两组，各30 例，治疗组运用整颈三步九法”推拿按摩治疗，对照组运 用普通手法推拿按摩治疗，两组的治疗时间相同。分别观察治疗前后患者临床症状及 体征、X-ray 椎体位移的变化情况并记录，实验结束后对记录的数据做统计学分析。 结果：60 例病人经治疗后，治疗组痊愈 16 例（53.3%），显效8 例（26.7%），有效4 例（13.3%），无效2 例（6.7%），总有效率为93.3%；对照组痊愈10例（33.3%），显 效5 例（16.7%），有效7 例（23.3%），无效8 例（26.7%），总有效率73.3%。经治疗 后，比较两组患者眩晕、头痛、颈肩痛等症状、体征及 X 线检查等指标，均得到改 善，且两组之间存在着显著性差异（P＜0.05），治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。 结论：通过两组治疗结果的统计学分析，得出“整颈三步九法”推拿按摩手法可以有 效改善椎动脉型颈椎病患者的临床症状及体征，疗效显著，值得临床推广，以规范化 治疗椎动脉型颈椎病。 关键词：椎动脉型颈椎病 “整颈三步九法” 推拿按摩手法 ABSTRACT Objective: To study whether the three-step-nine-variety cervix-adjusting tuina-massage manipulations is superior to common tuina-massage manipulations in the treatment of vertebral artery type of vertical spondylosis CSA, through observing clinical therapeutic effects of patients in two groups before and after the treatment, scientific statistics analysis of variation of X-ray vertebral displacement, and to investigate functional mechanism of three-step-nine-variety cervix-adjusting manipulations in treating CSA to provide scientific evidence for standardization of clinical treatment. Methods: 60 cases patients with CSA, who were diagnosed and met the requirements of this study, were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group(30 cases) and control group(30 cases).
