河北省教育科学研究“十二五”规划2013年度课题指南 河北省教育科学“十二五”规划课题研究是全省教育事业发展的整体规划的重要组成部分，且适当超前于教育事业的改革与发展，以体现教育科学研究的前瞻性和先导性。 在我省教育科学“十一五”规划课题研究成果和广泛调查研究的基础上，以中国特色社会主义理论体系为指导，深入贯彻落实科学发展观，坚持贯彻“百花齐放、百家争鸣”的方针和勇于创新、实事求是的精神，坚持“科研兴教、科研强师、科研兴校”方向，特编制本《指南》。 该《指南》围绕推动教育事业科学发展、建设教育强省大局，研究贯彻落实《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要（2010-2020年）》和《河北省中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要（2010—2020）》中的重大理论和现实问题，引领广大教育科研工作者回应国家需要和群众关切的教育重点领域与关键环节问题，进一步强化教育科研为教育宏观决策服务、为推动教育改革与发展服务功能；引领以理论创新为导向的基础研究，突出解决实际问题为主导的应用对策研究。同时，加强与全国教育科学规划的对接，体现年度规划的特点，选题领域和方向相对集中，更多地体现“短、平、快”要求，注重研究的针对性、实效性，形成推动教育改革发展的创意、经验、理论、制度、模式、标准，促进研究成果转化 pump speed (c) is proportional.
