县域义务教育均衡发展策略探究-吉林省教育科学院.docVIP

China has got its own concrete schedule, namely from the initial balance in 2012 to the basic balance in 2020. And that made the researches on balanced development strategies of compulsory education become the calling of the new age. Through analyzing standard deviation and difference coefficient of compulsory educational development indicators in 40 counties (cities) of Jilin province comparatively, a few of main strategic suggestions were explored: carrying out investigations of current situation deeply, and fulfilling responsibilities of governments definitely, and increasing funds input continually, and establishing school-running conditions scientifically, and founding and perfecting guarantee mechanism, and achieving county-level balance inventively.
