摘 要 行星齿轮减速器是原动机和工作机之间的独立封闭传动装置，用来降低转速和增大转矩以满足各种工作机械的要求，行星齿轮传动与普通齿轮传动相比, 具有结构紧凑、体积小、重量轻、效率高、传动比大等优点, 因此得到了广泛的应用。但是在国内在研究生产行星齿轮减速器方面还存在一定局限，为了适应生产发展需要，本论文通过初步分析行星齿轮减速器的总体结构设计，为行星齿轮减速器的进一步研制和开发提供理论依据。 行星轮减速其实就是应用齿轮减速的理论，它有一个轴线位置固定的齿轮叫中心轮或太阳轮，在太阳轮边上有轴线变动的齿轮，即一方面作自转另一方面又作公转的齿轮叫行星轮，行星轮有支持构件叫行星架，通过行星架将动力传到轴上，再传给其他齿轮。它们由一组若干个齿轮组成一个轮系，只有一个原动件，这种周转轮系称为行星轮系。 关键词：减速器，行星齿轮减速器，行星齿轮传动，行星轮，中心轮（太阳轮），行星架ABSTRACT Planetary gear reducer is the prime mover and an independent closed between gear to reduce speed and increase torque in order to meet the requirements of a variety of mechanical work, planetary gear transmission as compared with ordinary gear drive with compact structure, small size, light weight, high efficiency, the transmission ratio advantages, it has been widely used. However, in domestic production in the study of planetary gear reducer that there are still some limitations, in order to meet the development needs of production, a preliminary analysis of this thesis through the planetary gear reducer overall structural design, planetary gear reducer for further research and development and provide a theoretical basis. The planetary gear decelerates is actually applies the gear reduction the principle, it has a spool thread position fixed gear to be called the central ring or the sun gear, one hand the gear nearby the sun gear which the spool thread changes, on the other hand on the one hand namely makes the rotation to make the revolution the gear auction house spider, the planetary gear has the support component to be called the planet carrier, passes to on the axis through the planet carrier the power, again passes to other gears. They are composed a gear train by group of certain gears, only then original moving parts, this kind of epicyclic train is called the planet gear train.
