学士学位毕业论文（设计） 离心分离器结构设计及Solidworks建模 学生姓名： 指导教师： 所在学院： 专 业： 中国·大庆 2009年5月 摘要 　 离心分离器又称离心机。利用离心力将溶液中密度不同的成分进行分离的一种设备。 　　可进行固液分离、液液分离(重液体和轻液体及乳浊液等)。该设备的主要部分是电机带动一可旋转的圆筒，称做转鼓。有的转鼓壁上有很多小孔，离心分离时，转鼓壁上衬有滤布，使固体物留在鼓壁而液体通过小孔甩出。也有的转鼓无小孔，被甩液体可以用导管排出。 　　离心机的转速可分为常速和高速，离心机的转速越高，分离效果越好(实际应该是看离心力，离心力越大分离效果越好，但是离心力的大小与转速的平方成正比，所以也可认为转速越高分离效果越好）。 按分离的机理来说，离心机可分为过滤离心机和沉降离心机。按主轴和转鼓轴线的方向可分为立式和卧式。按离心机操作特征可分为间歇式和连续式。按卸料方式分为推料式、刮刀式和螺旋式等。 关键字：离心分离器 ，油气分离器， Solidworks Abstract Centrifugal separator, also known as centrifuges.
