科毕业设计（论文） 转向系统设计 学生姓名： 学生学号： 院（系）： 机电工程学院 年级专业： 指导教师： 二〇**六月摘 要 本次设计的题目是微型客车的前悬挂、转向系。前悬系统、转向系统是汽车中重要的一个部分，他们对于汽车的重要性是不言而语的，前悬系统设计的好不好，对汽车行驶的平顺性能、减振性能都有很大的影响。悬挂系统在设计是应使汽车有良好的行驶的平顺性，具有良好的衰减振动的功能以保证汽车的良好的操纵性，在汽车制动和转向时能保证车身稳定和减少车身纵倾。转向系统在设计时应使汽车具有良好的操纵稳定性，具有迅速和小转弯行驶的能力使汽车稳定行驶。因此，在设计中，尽量的把前悬挂系统和转向系统设计的优化，以保证整车的性能。 设计中，主要通过查看实际车辆，总结课本知识，翻阅有关汽车方面的文章来研究前悬挂和转向系，并验算了有关零部件的结构强度和刚度。最后进行了设计总结。 关键字：微型客车、前悬挂系统、转向系统、转向梯形、 非独立悬架、独立悬架 Abstract This design topic is the miniature passenger train front suspension, the steering system.
